INTIAL ASSESSMENT
- Discuss your project as you envision it.
- Analyze the space & requirements.
- Discuss aesthetics & style, etc.
- Look at options & variations.
- Discuss the need for permits & subcontractors.
- Discuss the responsibility of the home-owner and the contractor. Re: financial (payment for materials and subcontractors, scheduling, insurance, and deposit)
- Discuss the timeframe for the work.
