It is not always easy. A kitchen or bathroom renovation will cause interruptions in your general routine, and any Reno will create dust, dirt and several degrees of mayhem.

Sometimes the materials will not be available on time, the sub-contractors may be delayed, or perhaps the weather inclement.

Setbacks will often occur, and some jobs are the "can of worms" ... rot where you don't expect it, inadequate construction that comes to light, or previous work hiding problems that will have to be dealt with first.

Being on hand - and being able to correct these problems - is a part of the expertise that comes with years of experience.
