Upon this Authorizing I undertake to:

1. Take accurate measurements
2. Draft up any plans as required
3. Discuss with the Building inspector, and submit plans
4. Arrange subcontractors
5. Formulate a detailed estimate giving a more accurate contractual budget range

This work shall be billed at a rate between 5% and 10% of the total estimated cost of the project (based upon the complexity entailed) and, upon acceptance of the contract shall be considered as part of the payment in total.

Upon acceptance of all of the above, and the relevant approvals by City Hall and utilities and agreement by any subcontractors, a contract for the construction of renovation is signed, authorizing me to commence work.
